How Spring was born
Have you ever
thought what spring really is? I mean, can you consider it just a
simple season? I can’t. It would be an act of selfishness. Anyway,
have you found the answer to my question? What spring really is and
feels like? Haven’t you? Then let me tell you my story concerning
this matter.
Once upon a time,
there was a princess isolated in the tower of an ice castle, in a
godforsaken land. Her father, an old king with a frozen heart and
cruel soul, with a woven thick beard piled of snowflakes, had locked
her there that she couldn’t ever get out and enjoy the warmth of
the Summer.
The Summer was an
wondrous fairy, with blue eyes like the sky, white perfumed skin and
long soft brown hair. Many years ago, she fell in love with a
handsome king. But there was an obstacle to cross. Her heart was
bright and warm while the king’s heart was doomed to be always
sealed in icy chains. Even if nothing in the whole world couldn’t
have ever been compared with the greatness of their love, they were
still convicted to never can share their love with each other. For
this, they had to go on different paths and to convince their hearts
that they can never beat together for the eternity. The Summer came
back to the Sun, her father, while the king returned to his castle,
to the realms of an evil soulless fairy. In order to show to the king
how much she loved him, the Summer bestowed him a little girl, called
Sophia.
As the years were
passing, Sophia was growing up, more and more every day, her beauty
being incomparable. She grew without knowing who her mother was. She
was convinced that she was a miracle of nature, given that she hadn’t
a mother. The king was loving her so much that he never let her going
out of the castle. He just wanted to protect her as much as he could.
The princess just
couldn’t understand why her father was being so ruthless. One day,
early in the morning, when the sun was waking up after a cold night,
Sophia was crying behind the frozen window of her room. The only
thing Sophia wished for was to can pass behind her window, to walk in
the garden, to feel the warm of the sun on her face.
Among others, Sophia
loved reading. She used to spend whole days in the castle’s library
reading all kinds of books. One day, by mistaken, she found an old
diary with leather covers and yellowed pages. She took it and began
reading. On the first page was a written with golden points: “For
my beloved fairy. I will love you for the eternity.”
Sophia smiled, thinking that she is going to read a love story. It
had never crossed her mind what secrets she could have found through
those pages. On the next page, it was a title: “How
the Spring was born”.
In that night,
Sophia finished reading the diary. In the morning, she went to her
father. She had a lot of questions to ask. When she came into the
room, her father was writing.
“ For whom are you
writing so early in the morning, your mightiness?” Sophia asked.
“ Good to be your
morning my beloved daughter. I’m writing in my diary.”
“ Father, do you
keep a diary? Since when?” asked the princess, almost breathless.
“Since you were
born, my dear.” Answered the king with a kind smile on his face.
“Oh, I think I
might have found your first diary, your mightiness.” Said Sophia,
with tears in her eyes. Her heart was pounding.
Hearing this, the
king closed his diary and asked Sophia to sit next to him. He took
the old diary from her hands.
“My love, how much
did you read last night?” asked the king.
“ Everything. Why
didn’t you tell me? All I have ever wanted was to break those icy
windows and get out. Why didn’t you tell me who I really am?”
asked Sophia, bursting into tears.
“Because I just
wanted to protect you. You are the Spring. You are the most beautiful
creature in whole world, even if you’re still a child. You need to
be protected because everything around can hurt or even kill you. You
are the most sensible and gentle being. You have flowers in your
hear, the warm of the sun in your heart and the ice in your eyes. My
dear, you are the Spring.”
And that’s how the
Spring was born.

SPRING - THE MOST COLOURFUL TIME OF THE YEAR
Spring is a
beautiful time of the year when everything comes to life. Every
flower leaves her place in the little space that she occupied in the
ground and comes to the surface with her tiny body, with its small
leaves. At the beginning they are so small that you can barely see
them, but after a while they grow like children. They become as
beautiful as a young girl who just becomes a teenager. They look so
fragile that you are afraid not to ruin their beauty and that is the
reason why they are the symbol of the spring.
Flowers are offered
in this time of the year at the persons that we care about, generally
at women: children to their mothers or their teachers, or men to
women. They are a sign of respect, of appreciation and maybe of love.
It is said that
when some flowers are seen for the first time in that year they are
the ones who show that spring is coming. Snowdrops are this kind of
flowers. They only grow at the beginning of spring and you can see
them only once during the year. Their name was given after their
appearance: their flower is white like the snow, and their figure is
exactly as the one of a drop. This is the reason why they are named
snowdrops because they look like they had been falling from the sky,
like a snowflake during the winter or a drop when it is raining.
Besides the flowers,
the nature itself looks like it is born every year, every time more
beautiful that the last time. Everything around us is full of color,
of bright, of energy and nothing can be compared with this. It is
like everything in the world is perfect and that no one can see any
little thing that can disturb this balance of perfectness and
peacefulness. Like all the world is like a ball and despite that it
is thrown by a little kid almost in every place possible, nothing can
ruin the way it is, nothing can break it. Even the animals can see
the way the world is changing in this period. Some of them are waking
up from their sleep, like bears. They sleep all the winter but like
magic they know when to wake up to see that the spring has come. This
is one of the things that we, people, cannot understand, while there
are so many that can be understood neither now nor in the future.
Also in this period
the trees are blooming and they look so beautiful with their branches
full of fresh flowers which smell so good when you walk past them.
Every tree is unique because each of them has different colors,
different number of flowers, different smell. But all of them confer
the same thing: beauty.
At the beginning of
spring, and from then till the autumn the sun is shining brighter
with every day that passes. The days are becoming longer, and the
nights shorter, giving the people more time to spend with the loved
ones, more time to live their lives.
Putting everything
into a nutshell, we can say that spring is the time when the world
suffers from a lot of good changes that can be seen from all around
the world. It is the time when everything comes to life, when all the
nature becomes strong enough to break the ice that had captured it
for almost half of the year.

Spring
What could be better
than that feeling of freedom when you see that everything comes back
to life with happiness and health? You are hypnotized by the songs of
the birds or by the smell of the flowers in a wonderful spring!
Yes, it's March,
it’s
spring,
when everything else is awakened from the deep sleep of winter. The
blue sky, fluffy clouds browsing dizzy, sleepy animals find
themselves perplexed because bees are buzzing. The small snowdrops
come from the snow. The sun, like a king, sends rays as servants, to
warm the soil moist and give some joy to people.
March is the
month of flowers. The children and adults share trinkets, joy and
love all those whom they love. A myth tells how the sun came down to
earth in the form of the lovely girl. But a dragon stole her and
locked her in his palace. The birds stopped singing, children’s
playground and gladness were forgotten, and the world fell into
grief. Seeing what happened with the Sun, a young brave man wanted to
release the lovely girl. The young boy defeated the dragon and the
girl was saved. The sun rose back again, lit the sky and the whole
earth. Spring came, people regained joy, but the young fighter was
lying in the palace after the heavy fighting they had had. The warm
blood was spilled on snow, until he was left breathless. In the
places where the snow melted, snowdops came and they announced the
spring. It is said that the world honors the memory of the brave
young man with a thread linking two flowers: one white, the other
red. The red color symbolizes love for beauty and courage and the
white symbolizes the snowdrops, the first flower of spring.

Watch out! Spring is here!
Love, resurrection, beauty, kindness, joy and peace are only a few
things that we can notice and find in spring. Spring is the season of beginning,
the season of life and the chance to start all over again.
Spring is the most beautiful season of the year; everyone loves it
because in those three months love is everywhere. The first day of March is a
day of joy, and people wish each other a beautiful spring and also a pleasant
year. They send each other all the best wishes in the world.
When you see the joy on people’s face and you see them all starting to
hug each other and they are so happy, how could you not like the spring, how
could you not be happy or contaminated with a big smile of peace and gratitude
that you have been able to live in a world where love can be found and happiness,
and in a little moment can change your way of thinking and forget all the
problems you face every day. Even if your life gives you sometimes bad moments
and hard decision, you can forget for a moment all this things, because
everyone deserves to be happy, and spring is a great opportunity to see life
differently, to see how beautiful is and to be happy that you have a family and
a place you can stay with them.
On the 8 March all women all
over the world are celebrated, the day is also called “Mother’s Day” .When God
created Adam, this one felt so alone, even if the birds sang, the flowers were
so beautiful and it was such a beauty in everything around him... but something
was missing. Then God made a great decision, he put together: beauty,
sensibility, kindness, peace and after all- love, into a one frame: the woman.
He gave her love to raise her children because no-one loves like a mother on
this Earth. God gave her straight to carry all the problems of life on her
shoulders, but he gave her sensibility, because when she is down she can cry
and after that she will manage to go through everything with new power and new straight.
The women will always be fragile and curious, women should not be celebrated in
only one day, they should be celebrated every day for what they doing for the world.
Women are Wonderful, Outstanding, Marvellous, Adorable and Nice, and because of
that they should be respected by everyone and loved. On 8 March mothers in the
world receive from their husbands and children flowers and presents. In this
day families stay together and they are happy, because in that family exist a
woman who takes care of them and also love them unconditionally.
Spring is also a great season because all the
flowers grow up again, everything is brought to life again, especially trees,
when they are in blossom and everything around them smells like new and everyone
enjoys the beauty of nature. The sun warms up the Earth and also wakes up every
insect that was sleeping all winter. Everything is alive again, children go
outside to play, they do not have to stay in their home because is cold
outside, now everything is warm and pleasant so they can stay all day long
outside and play with their friends.
Even the animals are
happy because spring came along their country. Birds are singing so beautiful
and every species is full of energy.
So, you cannot be sad when you
see all this joy around you... you cannot stay away from this happiness, even
if you do not want to smile you will not manage this thing because happiness is
something which cannot let you to be sad, it will contaminate you and there is
no escape, because is like a disease a contagious one. After all is nothing so
hard to, you have to smile and people around you will be happy.
To put all in a nutshell, spring
brings you joy and everything is back to life, after all you must be careful
not to be fooled on Fool’s Day on first April, so keep your eyes open and be prepared
for anything.

Spring, one of the most beautiful seasons
Spring is one of the most changeable seasons from all four of them. In
this season we celebrate two important holidays: Mother’s Day and Easter.
During spring the whole world is reborn. For some people the arrival of spring
brings another beginning in social life, career and maybe love life.
The first holiday that takes place during spring is Mother’s Day in which
every human makes kind acts to their mother or give them gifts. In some regions
during the spring people exchange some lucky charms made of red and white
wires. In my country boys get these lucky charms on the 1st March
and girls on 8th.
In April it begins Easter, for some people this holiday is all about
religion. On the other hand there are people that love this event because it is
an opportunity to spend some time with family. In America most of the children
love Easter because they get sweets from the Easter Bunny, besides the ordinary
sweets in America, kids take part in an Egg Hunt where you have to search for
chocolate eggs in certain places.
In
most of the countries all the kids are happy with the arrival of Easter because
they get a short school break to spend their time with family. Generally
speaking, spring is not all about holidays. It is also a great time of the year
for trips in the mountains because it still might be snow.
Spring is my favourite season because you have a chance to a ‘’new life’’
and because with each week, day, minute, second you are getting closer and
closer to the SUMMER HOLIDAY which is the best part of the year for students. Spring
is full of love because many couples celebrate Valentine’s Day. In this unusual
event men and women exchange sentimental gifts so they can keep the ‘’Flame’’
still on.
On the other hand this event could be
the worst part of the year for the single people because they see all these
couples cuddling everywhere and that reminds them that they are alone and sad, even
though some people that felt this way ended up the day by throwing water balloons
at the couples so they feel better, and the only date that they would obtain
would be with the police officers chasing them.
In conclusion spring is an odd
combination of feelings that for some is beneficial and for some not.
